$25 Gift Card

I won the first EONAC challenge and Allison just gave me my $25 Michael's gift card Friday night. I told her I'll spend it wisely.... but now I can't find the card! I've search my craft bag twice already and still can't find it. I've search the other bags, but still no luck.
Thanks Sue and Allison for the Gift Card! I know I will enjoy it once I find it. Love, love, love the challenge!!

Calgals

Friday night was our Calgals and boy.... we were not productive at all. I'm just glad I wasn't the only one this time. Oh well.... at leas we accomplished the snacking and gabbing.

The sketch this time is by Allison and I just completed this one this morning. I'm trying to use my stampin up card stocks, aside from white, pink and green. I combined Chocolate Chip and Summer Sun. I thought the combination will be good, but not that sure any more. C'est lavie!

Love

Another Valentine's card for you. It's simple, nice and clean! Lol! It was so hard to leave it alone... my card is usually pretty busy.

Be Mine

I started with this card with an image where the heart is. I colored it with Stampin Up markers and it looked awful. I stamped another one and colored it with Prisma and still no comparison to Copic Markers. And since I'm not about to start sharing with my copic markers.... I came up with this! Maybe If I sponge the embossed heart, it will kind a pop. Yeah.. I'll probably do that.

Love You!

Still trying to keep it simple. Just love the MS border punch! Speaking of punches... I'm still doing good with my New Year Resolution. I must admit... It is so hard to just walk by and not be able to check out MS punches. But then again.... It's only January!

Love is in the air

Can you believe it?? Valentine's Day is just around the corner. I have the ladies "Crafty Snackers" coming over for a class next weekend and I started the cards for them already. I might have to do another set for the other group of ladies "Craft and Gab".
Not a lot to it... just lots of layering. I have 3 more Valentine's card for you, but I will post that for next time.

EONAC #2 and Mojo #122

Happy Monday to you all! I did the EONAC #2 and Mojo # 122 challenge.

For the EONAC challenge, I used Stampin Up "Sea Side Sketches" (I think?), which I colored with copic markers and for the background stamp is another Stampin Up "Doodle This" and I embossed that with clear embossing powder and then sponged with Distress Ink "Worn Lipstick".

Mojo Sketch was kind a revised a bit. My image was a bit too big for the oval, but overall... the idea was there.

Enjoy the moment

Another Sarah Kay image for you. Are you wondering how I got the Label 4 layering so thin? I used the same size of die cut for the image and just traced the outside frame and cut it by hand. I'm trying to find a cutter that can cut around the die cut and I've search my craft room for my old Fiskar cutter (the one that looks like a flying saucer) to see if that would be easier than cutting. NO luck! Must of sold it when we did the Garage sale at Nancy's. I was gonna do the same for the Fleur De Lis, but it's too much work to follow the design. If you are using a lighter colour of card stock, you can just emboss and then cut it instead of tracing.

Fleur De Lis

Happy Saturday!!! A simple card just for you. It looks like it's simple, but the white pieces (I guess the negative part of Fleur De Lis) I glued them individually. It's not that bad, just gotta have patient with the little stuff. The sentiment is from PTI.

Sarah Kay

Where do you find envelopes for 4 x 4 cards? I prefer the 4 x 4 than the regular size(5 1/2 x 4 1/4), but could never find the right envelope for it.

Sarah Kay and Penny Black are my favorite stamps! The only thing about Sarah Kay, is that it's very hard to find here in Canada. Love the precious moment kind a look to it.

I colored the image with my copic and sponged the edges with Peeled Paint distress ink.

Happy Friday and Thanks for bloggin' by!

TTC #1

Tracy's Challenge TTC #1
Woo Hoo!! I have 5 Christmas cards already done and it's only January. I'm already looking forward to the next one.

For my 3D item, I did 5 gift tags in a box. I even decorated the box, along with the image that I used for the tags.

Everything Old Is New Again Challenge

My first 2010 card and challenge! I can't even tell you the name of the stamp, all I know is that it's stampin' up and YES it was very dusty. Everything Old Is New Again Challenge is by Allison and Sue. It is so GOOD to be crafting again. I even finished Tracy's challenge last night and will be posting that tomorrow. I just have to do the 3D item.

Copic Markers

I just re-invented my copic holder again.... Instead of using the clear case, I bought the white egg crate from Home Depot (the one that you use for your ceiling) It's a perfect fit for sketch markers.
It is a lot lighter than it was before and it's very easy to make.
I'm suppose to be making cards... I'm still organizing. Just have to do my designer papers and then I should be done.

OCD Part II

Perfect place to store my paper, don't you think?
My craft bag is actually hanging. I used the bungee cord, so I can kind a pull it down to my level and it can also turn around.
Ikea racks and little wire baskets.
All of my wooden stamps (mostly stampin' up) Shelves from Ikea and Michaels.
Photo area and copic markers. My compressor is actually on top of my upright freezer.

Little craft area for my little girls. It's actually their change table. The only thing I kept, cause I knew I could use it for storage.
My craft room is only 116 sq ft. It's perfect for 1 crafter ,but 2 would be pushing it.

OCD?

Finally!!! I am done moving this and that from here to there. The whole idea was to have easy access to my cricut..... but my OCD kicked in and I had to move everything around and it took me more than just a couple of days.

My New Year Resolution for 2010 is "NO MORE PUNCHES!"
You think that's bad?
Can you see it?
That's right... I ran out of space! I had to store my combo punches with my Penny Black's stamps.
The only thing that is on my table now is my Cricut. I'm gonna have to read the manual again, I think I only know the on/off button. Or maybe just check out Robyn's blog.

CD rack is from Ikea.

I got some Michael's gift cards from Christmas and I bought some shelving/rack organizer.
Ahhhhhh.... Now I can craft again.

Moto Moto where's my Mojo?

~correction~ I should say Happy Wednesday to you all! It's back to school for us on Thursday and for some reason it felt like Sunday to me ( I even checked the Monday Mojo blog and was confused why they have the same sketch....hmmmm... I might still have a chance to enter the contest.)
Happy Sunday to you all! I was gonna do my Mojo card today, but I ended up re-organizing my craft room instead. I sat in my craft room for a while looking for Mojo and thought, hmmmm.... maybe I should move this and that to here and there. The this and the that ended up pretty much everything in my craft room. It's a mess down there now and I think it's gonna be a couple of days before I can craft again.

I think I need to buy a small rolling table for my Cricut, so I can store it under my craft table and be able to just pull it out if I want to play with it. It's collecting dust, but there's just not enough room to craft with the cricut. I usually do it in the kitchen and that is just way tooo much work hauling everything up and down.
